How we work

Our Clients call us to tell how many members of staff they need next week and we are creating rota based on this information. Clients can also call us if They need somebody for a shift the same day, even in few hours because for example somebody is sick and cannot work. Our Employees often receive rota from our Clients (if they are satisfied from provided care from agency staff).

You do not need to sign long term contract with us. If You want you can resign any time without consequences. We will pay your annual leave since your first worked hour, for example you earn £9 per hour and we give you additional 12,07% as annual leave so overall you will receive £10,08/per hour. With this solution you are sure that you receive annual leave and you can go on holidays any time you want – just inform us at least 24 hours before you will take holidays. It is simple
